John Clayton is this month’s spotlight attorney. John has been an attorney for Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. in the Oceanside office for seven years. John received his Juris Doctorate in 2010 and is licensed to practice law throughout the State of California in both federal and state courts. He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015, 2016 and 2017, an achievement limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys in California.

As a litigation attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc., John focuses exclusively on personal injury cases and only represents injured persons and their families. His successes directly correlate with how he takes pride in providing passionate services to each one of his clients. John has successfully handled million-dollar case settlements and plans to excel in personal injury litigation. Harris Personal Injury Lawyers thanks John for all of his hard work.

What do you like most about being a PI attorney? “I enjoy the satisfaction of making a real difference in my clients’ lives and representing their legal interests when they would otherwise be taken advantage of by insurance companies—who don’t care about them at all.”

What are you the most passionate about? “I’m most passionate about standing up for people who aren’t treated fairly and doing everything I can to make sure they get taken care of through our legal system.”

What is your philosophy when representing a case? “I treat every client’s case with the same importance to me as it is to them. My goals are to get my clients the best medical attention available to improve their quality of life, and at the same, to fight the insurance company attorneys to maximize my clients’ recovery.”

Best concert? Favorite band? “My all-time favorite is Neil Young.”

Fun fact? John has two young girls and is expecting another very soon 😊
