In San Jose, a semi-truck had overturned on Highway 101 and caused extensive traffic. “The driver of the big rig was on the connector ramp from southbound 880 to southbound 101 when he lost control at the bottom of the ramp connector,” stated The Mercury News. Consequently, the semi-truck came to a stop and had blocked four lanes on the on-ramp on the Highway 101. The driver of the big rig was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The cause of the incident is unknown and is currently being investigated by the authorities.
