Cuyama Rollover Crash

Earlier this week, three people were injured in a one-car rollover crash near Cuyama. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, the incident happened on Highway 166, just west of Spanish Ranch at about 7:30 a.m. For currently unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway and rolled over. An adult and a child were transported to Marian Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Another person was ejected from the vehicle and was airlifted to the hospital.

A dog reportedly escaped from the vehicle after the wreck, but there is no word on his or her whereabouts. The cause of this crash is still under investigation with the California Highway Patrol. Additionally, no information has been released on the extent of injuries involved or anybody’s current condition.
