This Thursday morning, a woman was killed by a driver who collided into her car when driving on the wrong side of the freeway. The woman was driving on the westbound lanes of the 10 freeway in Montclair, CA, stated The San Gabriel Union Tribune. The driver who hit her was arrested for driving under the influence and manslaughter. The woman was driving in her Nissan Sentra at 3 a.m. on Monte Vista Avenue, when this vehicle hit her. According to CHP, “the alleged wrong way driver, Christopher Olivas is 23-years-old”.  The impact of Olivas’ car forced her to hit another car. Sadly, the woman in the Sentra did not survive the impact. This fatal wrong way accident is a shame, and the team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers sends our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the woman that passed away.
