A police chase struck a pedestrian in Malibu just yesterday. The police were chasing after a suspected stolen Mazda. According to ABC News, Deputies then conducted a traffic stop, during which a female passenger exited the vehicle and the 22-year-old male driver sped away at a high rate of speed. The pursuit began and the male driver was driving erratically, and the suspect lost control and struck a pedestrian on the 27500 block of PCH. The suspect then crashed into three parked cars. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers send our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the pedestrian.
