This Thursday morning, there were two vehicles involved in a head-on collision in Hesperia. The VV Daily Press stated that, “Deputies arrived and found a Chevrolet sedan on fire with the driver and passenger trapped inside.” When the San Bernardino Sheriffs arrived at the scene, they found a man trapped inside of his burning Chevrolet sedan. “As additional deputies arrived on scene, a fire extinguisher was used to keep the flames down as they rescued the male driver from the burning vehicle.” The man was extricated from the vehicle and was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. There were two women in the SUV, of which the sedan collided with, who were airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Currently, this crash is under investigation by the Major Accident Investigation Team.
