Long Beach Police Department is searching for a suspected hit-and-run driver in Long Beach. According to ABC 7 News, “two cyclists, both men, were traveling near Long Beach Boulevard and the 710 Freeway on-ramp around 1 a.m. Monday when one cyclist was struck by a Ford SUV.”

The cyclist that did not get injured jumped on the windshield of the car and the driver then attempted to flee the scene. The hit-and-run driver drove for two miles with the cyclist on the car and the cyclist fell off and died. The cyclist that was initially hit by the vehicle only suffered minor injuries. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers send our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the cyclist.
