Authorities have identified a possible vehicle of interest associated with a hit-and-run crash that happened on September 22, 2017, According to NBC San Diego News Channel Seven, sheriff’s deputies are looking for a white 2016 Ford F-150 Platinum Edition pickup truck with a California license plate 83524A2. The wreck happened on Encinitas Boulevard and sent a woman to the hospital in critical condition.

That woman, a mother of two, was heading home from work at the time of the collision. She suffered major injuries to her head, spine, pelvis, and limbs. She suffered a stroke and was placed in a medically induced coma. Anybody with information about the vehicle of interest is being asked to contact the San Diego County Sheriff’s North Coastal Station, Traffic Division.
