Earlier this week, a man was seriously injured when a car crashed into his disabled vehicle that was parked on the side of the road. Very little information about this crash has been released, but we do know that the incident happened on Main Street, near the southbound Interstate 805 off-ramp, just before 6:00 a.m. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the man’s Ford Mustang was disabled and pulled over on the side of the road, when a Honda CR-V headed westbound veered off of the roadway and struck the Mustang.

The Mustang was pushed into the man, who was standing beside the disabled car. He was rushed to UCSD Medical Center for the treatment of traumatic injuries to his head. The cause of this crash is still under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
