Multi-Car Crash near Alameda Park

On Sunday, at least one person was injured in a multi-car crash near Alameda Park. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, the incident happened at the intersection of Santa Barbara Street and Sola Street. For currently unknown reasons, a Toyota Camry pushed a Toyota Tacoma into a parked truck.

The impact was so forceful that the parked truck hit another parked vehicle. The driver of the Tacoma was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of injuries. There’s no word on her condition or whether or not anybody else was injured in the crash. Thankfully, the two people who were unloading items from the parked pickup truck were able to jump out of the way before it was hit by the Tacoma.
