A hit-and-run driver fled the scene of an accident in North Hills on Sunday morning. One person is confirmed dead, Francisco Hernandez Rivas, and four other people involved sustained serious injuries. According to Fox 11 News, a vehicle going north on Haskell Avenue struck another vehicle going west on Parthenia Street. Recent updates from Fox 11 News, confirmed the hit-and-run driver is still not in custody, and a $50,000 reward is being offered to the community members to give police information of her whereabouts.
