A pedestrian was struck and killed on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. A victim was hit by a driver in a Prius near Topanga Canyon Boulevard. The driver stayed at the scene of the accident for questioning with California Highway Patrol officers. According to ABC Seven News, Eastbound traffic on PCH and southbound traffic on Topanga Canyon Boulevard was backed up at the scene even after all lanes were reopened.
