Over the weekend, the California Highway Patrol responded to a single-car accident in San Jose. Once on the accident scene, CHP confirmed a vehicle veered about 20 feet off the Southbound 101 freeway and struck a tree near McKee Road. The woman driver was stuck in the vehicle and was extricated by the San Jose Fire Department.

Unfortunately, the woman suffered major life-threatening injuries from the accident and was immediately transported to the local hospital for treatment. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers have the woman in our prayers in hopes she fully recovers. No further details on the crash have been reported.
