On Tuesday, there was a semi truck crash in Vista. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened in a residential area, in the 1300 block of Barbara Drive, just after midnight. Very few details about this crash have been released, but we do know that a semi truck crashed through fences and hit a gas line and power pole.

Residents that heard the crash went outside and confronted the truck driver. They stayed with that person until law enforcement officials arrived. The truck driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Thankfully, no injuries were reported on the scene. Crews with San Diego Gas & Electric were called to the scene, and they had to shut off power and gas to the immediate area.
