A teenage motorcyclist was killed in an East Long Beach accident involving a pickup truck. The accident occurred mid-afternoon at the Wardlow Road and Gondar Avenue intersection. According to The Long Beach Post, the motorcyclist was approaching Gondar Avenue when he struck a white 2005 Ford F150, which was traveling east on Wardlow Road and attempting to make a left to head north on Gondar. The motorcyclist has been identified as a Long Beach resident, however, his name has yet to be announced.
