On Thursday afternoon, at least 14 people were injured in a crash involving a Metro bus in South Los Angeles. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the wreck happened on the 3500 block of West 39th Street in Liemert Park. Initial reports indicate that there were at least four passenger vehicles involved in the crash. At the time of the report, there was no word on the cause of the crash.  

We do know that a minivan sustained heavy damage to its driver side. There was an overturned SUV, and a sedan and cargo van were also damaged in the crash. There were three people who suffered moderate injuries, and several others that were transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries. This bus crash is likely still under investigation with law enforcement officials.
