On Tuesday night, a 19-year-old motorcyclist was killed following a crash on Highway 101 in Morgan Hill. The collision occurred around 9:20 pm in the Cochrane Road area, according to KRON 4. Four vehicles were involved in the crash, with one stopped on the highway due to a separate incident beforehand. The motorcyclist crashed into the back of two cars for reasons unknown, causing her to be thrown from the motorcycle and come to rest underneath a stopped pickup truck.

None of the other involved parties were injured. At the time of the report, it was unclear if drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. All northbound lanes of Highway 101 were blocked following the crash but were reopened Wednesday morning.
