Earlier this week, a bicyclist was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Orange County. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the collision happened early Monday morning at about 12:30 a.m. Initial reports indicate that the wreck, which happened at the intersection of South Euclid Street and West Katella Avenue in Anaheim, was actually captured on the dash cam of another driver’s vehicle.

The video reportedly shows the cyclist being thrown from their bike, and the hit-and-run driver speeding off. First responders rushed the injured cyclist to a local hospital, but there has been no word on that person’s current condition or on the full extent of injuries involved. This hit-and-run bike crash is likely still under investigation with law enforcement officials.
