Last week, a cyclist was pinned under a dump truck in Otay Mesa. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened on Britannia Boulevard near State Route 905 on Tuesday morning. Initial reports indicate that emergency responders were called to the area sometime before 5:30 a.m.  

When firefighters and police officers arrived on the scene, they found the bicycle rider stuck under the dump truck. That person’s bicycle was several feet away after the collision. Apparently, the injured cyclist was conscious and talking when crews were on the scene. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment, but there was no word on the full extent of injuries.
