Earlier this week, a driver had to be rescued after a crash in the San Carlos area. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the wreck happened on San Carlos Drive, near Bisby Lake Avenue, at about 12:45 a.m. on Thursday morning. For currently unknown reasons, a driver lost control of his vehicle and hit several parked cars. His car overturned and came to rest upside down on a parked vehicle.  

First responders rushed to the scene, and it took more than a half hour to rescue the driver from the wreckage. That person was transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries. Thankfully, no other injuries were reported on the scene. This crash may still be under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
