Over the weekend, there was a fatal and injury-causing crash in the Warner Springs area. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the wreck happened on Saturday afternoon near Lake Henshaw. Initial reports indicate that there were two vehicles involved in this collision. Apparently, this was a T-bone crash at the intersection of Highway 76 and Highway 79.  

When first responders arrived on the scene, they found five people on the ground. Several of those people were rushed to a local hospital, but a woman did not survive her injuries on the way. Very few details have been released about this crash, but the other people’s injuries were described as non-life threatening at the time of the report. This crash may still be under investigation.
