Earlier this week, there was a fatal and injury-causing bus crash in a rural area of San Bernardino County. According to KTLA News Channel Five, one person was killed and at least 11 others were injured in the bus crash. Initial reports indicate that the bus overturned onto the 15 Freeway, just south of Baker. The wreck, which happened near mile marker 126, occurred at about 11:35 p.m. on Tuesday night.  

When first responders arrived on the scene, they declared the crash a mass casualty event due to the number of injured people. Paramedics worked on the scene, while they waited for reinforcements to arrive. There were several ambulances and four helicopters called to the scene. At this time, there has been no word on the cause of this bus crash, which is likely still under investigation with the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
