Over the weekend, three people were killed and another four were injured in a high-speed crash in Orange. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the incident happened in the early morning hours on Saturday morning. Initial reports indicate that a Nissan Altima was traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the crash, which occurred near the intersection of Glassell Street and Taft Avenue.

The 19-year-old driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a fence and a pole. There were seven people in the vehicle at the time of the crash, and they were all ejected. There were two minor children involved, and they were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Three people were pronounced dead at the scene, and authorities are looking into whether or not the vehicle was involved in a street takeover event.
