Over the weekend, there was a fatal motorcycle crash in Point Loma. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened on Saturday morning, near the intersection of Clove Street and Chatsworth Boulevard. Initial reports indicate that the motorcycle rider was on a 2007 purple and black Harley Davidson motorcycle headed west on Chatsworth Boulevard at the time of the crash.  

For currently unknown reasons, he lost control of the bike and crossed into the eastbound side of the roadway. The motorcycle hit a curb, and the rider was ejected. Although he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, he did not survive his injuries. This fatal motorcycle crash is likely still under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
