Over the weekend, a motorcycle rider was killed in a hit-and-run crash involving an SUV in Bellflower. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the incident happened near the intersection of Woodruff Avenue and Alondra Boulevard at about 8:50 p.m. on Saturday night. Initial reports indicate that the motorcycle rider was headed north on Woodruff when an SUV crossed into oncoming traffic and struck the bike.  

The SUV didn’t stop and fled the scene. First responders rushed in, but the motorcycle rider did not survive their injuries. Very few details about this fatal motorcycle crash have been released, and anybody with information about the crash or the SUV involved is being asked to contact the local Sheriff’s Department.
