Earlier this week, there was a fatal crash in the North Hollywood area. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the wreck happened on the 170 Freeway, where it merges into the eastbound 134 Freeway, on Monday afternoon. Initial reports indicate that at least one vehicle hit an embankment. We also know that one person was killed in this North Hollywood crash.

First responders with the police department and the Los Angeles Fire Department were called to the scene. There has been no word on whether or not any other vehicles were involved or if anybody else was injured in the crash. No information on the cause of this crash has been released, and this fatal wreck is likely still under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
