On Monday morning in Santa Clara County, two people died in a head-on crash on Highway 25 at Bolsa Road. The collision took place around 12:36 am near Gilroy, according to KTVU News. A 2018 Nissan Sentra was headed southbound near Bloomfield Avenue when it veered over double yellow lines into the northbound lane. The Nissan then slammed into an oncoming 2012 Dodge Charger.   

Fire crews arrived on scene to find two vehicles with major damage and one person dead inside a vehicle. The second person involved was initially injured, but later declared dead at the scene. At the time of the report, it was unknown whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
