High-Speed Pursuit Ends in Fatal Crash in Los Angeles
On Wednesday afternoon, a woman was killed after crashing her vehicle during a high-speed pursuit across Los Angeles and Kern counties. According to the LA Times, the chase began around 2:00 pm in Sylmar when LAPD attempted to pull over an allegedly stolen 2024 Honda CRV. The driver fled onto the 5 Freeway approaching the 118 Freeway in the Newhall area and proceeded to exit and reenter the freeway multiple times.
