Earlier this week, there was an injury-causing hit-and-run crash in Pacific Beach. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened on Wednesday evening at about 11:00 p.m. Initial reports indicate that a 54-year-old pedestrian was walking along the curb on Mission Bay Drive when she was hit by a dark-colored sedan. Initial reports indicate that the sedan drifted to the right and struck the pedestrian with its passenger-side mirror. 

First responders rushed to the scene, which was between Bluffside and Damon Avenues. The injured pedestrian was transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries including a broken arm. This incident is likely still under investigation with local authorities.
