Earlier this week, a motorcycle rider was injured in a crash in the Hillcrest area. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened on Monday morning at about 6:30 a.m. Initial reports indicate that a Ford F-150 truck was headed northbound on Sixth Avenue, when the motorcycle was headed southbound. Apparently, the truck was making a left turn into a parking garage on the 3800 block and didn’t yield to the motorcycle.

First responders rushed to the scene, and the motorcyclist had to be transported to a local hospital for treatment of multiple fractures. At the time of the news report, there were very few details released. This motorcycle injury crash is likely still under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
