On Saturday morning, a two-car collision on a Central Fresno freeway impacted traffic and left at least one injured. According to Your Central Valley, the incident occurred around 11:00 am on the westbound lanes of Highway 180 at the connector to northbound Highway 41. A Kia sedan carrying all juvenile passengers crashed into the back of a Ford SUV, causing one of the Kia’s backseat passengers to fly into the windshield and be knocked unconscious. The injured person was taken to the hospital for treatment.  

The other juveniles fled the scene, but witnesses captured cell phone video of them as they ran away. The sole occupant of the Ford SUV was uninjured. At the time of the report, it was believed that the Kia was at fault.
