On Sunday night in Richmond, a teenager was killed in a crash involving a suspected drunk driver. The incident took place in the Ohio Avenue and South 20th Street area, according to NBC Bay Area. The victim had been pulling out of his aunt’s house to drive home when a speeding car ran a stop sign and hit him. The teen remained trapped in his car while his family waited for an ambulance, and ultimately died at the scene. 

The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries and now faces DUI and manslaughter and charges. Police believe the suspect was under the influence of alcohol.
