Over the weekend, two children were killed in a hit-and-run crash in the Apple Valley area. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the incident happened on Stoddard Wells Road. The children, who were 11 and 12 years old, were riding on the same ATV together when they were struck by a hit-and-run driver. The vehicle that hit them didn’t stop to render aid, and they were found lying next to each other.  

One of the children was pronounced dead on the scene, and the other one was rushed to a Loma Linda Children’s Hospital, but did not survive her injuries.This incident remains under investigation, and California Highway Patrol officers are looking for what they believe is a bright orange 2021 RZR Turbo S or Turbo S4.
