Last week, there was a crash on Interstate 15 involving two semi trucks and a car. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the wreck happened last Wednesday night on the northbound transition to Interstate Eight. Initial reports indicate that there was heavy rainfall at the time of the crash. Apparently, the driver of an Amazon truck lost control of his big rig and jack-knifed.

That caused another semi truck to spin out and hit a passenger car. First responders rushed to the scene, where several lanes had to be closed as crews worked. There was a fuel spill from the trucks, and the driver of the passenger car had to be taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries. This truck crash may still be under investigation.
