On Sunday evening, six people were injured in violent two-car collision in Mid-City. The incident happened around 6:30 pm near La Brea Avenue in the 4700 block of W. Venice Boulevard, according to CBS News and KTLA. One of the vehicles rolled onto its side during the crash, trapping the occupant inside. Firefighters used hydraulic tools to cut part of the roof off to reach the person.  

Five of the six victims were taken to the hospital, where two were listed in critical condition, one in serious condition, and two as having suffered moderate injuries. At the time of the report, the cause of the crash remained under investigation.
