Two people were killed in a fiery accident on Interstate 105 near Hawthorne. The accident occurred near the Crenshaw Boulevard exit around 5:00 a.m. According to KTLA News, a fuel tanker and a Range Rover SUV were involved in a collision and ended up in the center divider. The tanker truck erupted into flames and when authorities arrived, both drivers we confirmed dead. A witness told the California Highway Patrol that the driver in the Range Rover was speeding, lost control, and crashed directly into the center divider.
