Car Accident Lawyer San Jose

A woman in Santa Clara was confirmed dead on Sunday in a terrible accident on Highway 101. The accident occurred around 4:25 a.m. on Tully Road. The woman was identified as Leandra Pena and she was a passenger in a BMW sedan, which was driven by Juan Oviedo. According to the Mercury News, The BMW did not have its lights on when it came to a stop in the slow lane…A Toyota minivan hit the rear of the BMW, spun around 180 degrees and stopped with its lights off as well. The driver of the Toyota minivan saw a big rig in her rearview mirror and got out of her minivan to run to the shoulder for safety. The big rig hit the minivan. It is unclear if the big rig hit the BMW as well. However, Pena was confirmed dead at the scene of the accident.
