San Diego Bicycle Crash

On Saturday, a bicyclist was sent to the hospital after a collision with a car near an apartment complex in San Diego. According to Fox Channel Five News, the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. in the 3100 block of 30th Street. The 34-year-old cyclist was headed southbound when a Toyota sedan pulled out in front of him.

The driver was coming out of an apartment complex when the bicyclist struck him. The cyclist was swiftly transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries. Fox Channel Five News reports that he suffered from a fractured femur. Very few details have been released about this crash which is still under investigation with local law enforcement authorities.
