A fifteen-year-old boy’s arm was severed when a boulder fell on him at a beach in Laguna Beach. The victim was walking along the beach with a friend when a boulder “the size of a cooler” fell on him. According to ABC Seven News, The impact caused the partial amputation of his right arm, his leg also became lodged underneath the boulder, and the teen was trapped for nearly 40 minutes. The boy was airlifted to a UC Irvine Medical Center and is reported to be in serious condition.
