A vehicle drove into a cement wall due to brake failure causing his passenger to fly out of the windshield and die. This accident occurred in San Diego on West Fork Road near Highway 76. The driver was driving eastbound when his brakes failed. According to NBC San Diego, “the passenger was not wearing her seat-belt at the time of the crash.” The passenger flew from her seat through the windshield and was pinned between the truck and the wall.
