Two Caltrans workers were injured on Interstate 15 on Sunday evening. A suspected DUI driver, Ross Rodgers, was driving southbound on I-15 near Rainbow Valley Boulevard in North County when he drove over the traffic cones and into a two-lane closure, stated NBC San Diego. The two workers were striping lanes at the time Rodgers struck the Clatrans pickup truck.

Both Caltrans employees were rushed to Palomar Medical Center with injuries. Furthermore, Rodgers was also taken to the hospital due to his broken foot. The extent of the Caltrans employees injuries have yet to be announced. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers have all injured in our prayers in hopes of a full recovery.
