Early Tuesday morning, a car crashed into a Point Loma house. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the wreck happened to a house on the 3100 block of Nimitz Boulevard at about 2:30 a.m. Very few details about this crash have been released, but initial reports indicate that a black BMW hit a guardrail and then crashed into the side of the home.

The driver involved reportedly fled the scene. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported on the scene. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened to this exact house. This is the third time a vehicle has crashed into this particular home in the past four years. Neighbors in the area are very concerned about speeding drivers down Nimitz Boulevard. This incident is still under investigation.
