A suspected drunk driver lost control of his car and crashed into a light pole in North Park. The suspected drunk driver, a 28-year-old male, lost control of his car on University Avenue and hit a curb which caused him to crash into a light pole. The car split in two, as a result of the crash. Per NBC San Diego, the driver and the passenger were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
