The California Highway Patrol (CHP) has recently issued a press release about their new community service survey. The CHP is inviting the public to participate in a survey to help monitor and improve the services currently being provided to the community. With this brief online survey, the CHP is hoping to address come of the public’s concerns and help to develop solutions to problems in an effort to better serve communities across the State of California.

Improving Service and Public Safety

This survey is about addressing the needs and concerns of community members in California. According to CHP Commissioner Joe Farrow, “This community survey gives the public a voice and is an opportunity for the people we serve to evaluate us.” Members of the general public across the state are invited to participate in the survey, which is located on CHP’s website. Participation is anonymous, and the survey will be available indefinitely. As this is the first time CHP has participated in an analytical, third-party online survey, they’re looking forward to gaining valuable insights into better serving communities and keeping roadways safe in California.
