On Tuesday, a Coca-Cola driver was injured in a hit-and-run crash in the Mountain View area. According to ABC News Channel 10, the incident happened sometime after 3:00 p.m. at the intersection for 35th Street and National Avenue. The Coca-Cola driver was walking on foot when a red Nissan sedan struck him or her. The sedan then hit a fire hydrant, and the driver fled the scene. The injured Coca-Cola driver was rushed to the hospital for treatment of potentially severe injuries.

Thankfully, law enforcement officers were able to apprehend the suspect involved in this hit-and-run pedestrian crash. Initial reports indicate that drugs or alcohol may have been factors in the crash. There has been no word on the current condition of the Coca-Cola driver or the extent of injuries involved.
