A DUI driver caused a fatal head-on crash with another vehicle on Highway 4 in Brentwood on Monday night. The accident occurred at 4:30 p.m. at the Marsh Creek Road exit. According to CBS San Francisco, a 2018 Honda SUV drove across the solid double yellow lines, into oncoming traffic, and collided head-on into a 2013 Toyota Corolla. Unfortunately, the driver of the Toyota was confirmed dead at the scene. The DUI driver, identified as a 46-year-old man from Concord, was unharmed from the impact and arrested for driving under the influence.
