On Thanksgiving morning, a crash knocked out power to about 2,000 residents in the Rancho Penasquitos area of San Diego. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened at about 7:00 a.m. San Diego Gas & Electric was quick to respond to the scene, but power wasn’t fully restored until about 2:00 p.m. Very few details about the crash have been released, but we do know that power was out in areas of Rancho Penasquitos, Rancho Bernardo and San Pasqual.
There has been no word on whether any injuries occurred during the crash or if anybody was cited or charged in connection with the crash. This wreck could still be under investigation with local law enforcement officers.
