Earlier this year, Dennis Rodman was suspected of causing an accident on the I-5 freeway in Santa Ana and fleeing the scene. Rodman was accused of driving Northbound in the Southbound lanes. The BMW sedan that was driving the correct way on the freeway, was forced to swerve, and ultimately crashed into a wall, TMZ. The District Attorney has stated, “Rodman is accused of driving head-on toward a sedan, causing the driver of the sedan to swerve and crash into a dividing wall to avoid contact with the defendant’s vehicle,” The OC Register. The CHP have revealed that the BMW sedan’s driver told 911, Rodman had got back in his vehicle and continued southbound on the I-5, without exchanging information. On November 21, 2016, Rodman was charged with one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run with property damage, driving across a section, giving false information, and driving without a valid driver’s license.
