On Monday, a driver was arrested after allegedly chasing down two teens on bicycles and hitting one of them. In an apparent case of road rage, he also punched one of them. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened on Monday evening, near North Greensview Drive, in Chula Vista. Very few details have been released about this crash, but we do know that the driver hit one of the teen cyclists with his Mercedes-Benz and then punched that teen several times.

The driver was arrested and booked into San Diego Central Jail on multiple charges. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported on the scene. Although the motive is unclear at this time and the incident is likely still under investigation, initial reports indicate that the driver was reportedly chasing them after they threw food at his vehicle.
