Just yesterday, a driver struck a group of people on a Los Angeles Sidewalk in a van. The accident occurred on Sunday near the popular Fish Spot restaurant, and the driver was arrested for a hit-and-run and injuring eight people. According to ABC News, the van jumped a curb and careened into a group of people eating outside The Fish Spot restaurant in the city’s Mid-Wilshire neighborhood. The vehicle knocked down a white picket fence that served as a barrier between diners and pedestrians on the sidewalk.

The van driver initially ran a red light which caused him to collide with another vehicle. After crashing with that vehicle, the van driver lost control and ran into the group of people on the sidewalk. Of the eight people that were injured, three people suffered major injuries. The others suffered moderate injuries. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers have all people involved in our prayers in hopes for a full recovery
